Some of the payment settlement services offered by Stripe are services that can only be provided by an authorized payment service provider or an electronic money institution (“Authorized Payment Services”). To the extent that you purchase authorized payment services, the services of Stripe Technology Europe, Limited (“STEL”) are provided and STEL`s authorized payment services apply. Notwithstanding other provisions of this Agreement, STEL, as an authorized payment service provider, is the only stripe party to have held you responsible for collecting payment receipts relating to fees, accounting such revenues in your payment account and securing such revenues until they are paid to you or as directed by you; in particular, no other stripe company will assume such liability, either independently or jointly with STEL. The provision and operation of electronic money services is also an activity that can only be carried out by an authorised electronic money issuer and is therefore carried out only by STEL under this Agreement. Accordingly, all references to “Stripe”, “we”, “us” and “us” in this Agreement (including, but not limited to, Section B.6 and this Section C), are considered only references to STEL, to the extent that they relate to the performance of activities that constitute authorized payment services or electronic money services. We may make certain striptease logos or marks (“stripe marks”) available for use by you and other users, so that you can identify Stripe as a service provider. To use Stripe Marks, you must first accept the Stripe Marks Usage Agreement. Stripe may limit or revoke your ability to use Stripe Marks at any time. You may never use stripe Marks or Stripe IP, consisting of trademarks or service marks, without our express permission or in a manner that may lead people to confuse the origin of your products or services with ours.
